Business Development Leader Job in Los Angeles, CA, USA

Due to continued expansion, our client is hiring for a Business Development Leader job for their Kansas City, MO, location. Focused on the development and expansion of their client base in the region and nationally within the aviation sector. Offering a salary of up to $250,000 plus extensive benefits. Relocation support can also be considered within the USA.

This practice has a longstanding history of providing technical and innovative infrastructure solutions for clients across the nation. Being employee-owned, the team demonstrates passion and commitment across all phases of design and comes together to create a transformative business that has gone from strength to strength over the years. Now with several thousand employees, the business has a wealth of experience and is looking to expand the team further. The position is available in several locations including Kansas City, MO, Denver, CO, and Los Angeles, CA.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify business development opportunities within the region and nationally
  • Nurture and expand upon existing client relationships
  • Support and lead initiatives to secure projects
  • Work with senior leadership to develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans and growth/profitability
  • Networking and attending conferences
  • Work with marketing to establish and develop materials.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Engineering, or similar; masters degree desirable
  • 15+ years of industry experience in aviation
  • Strong connections and proven background with business development in the aviation sector
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Ability to travel when required.
