Role & Responsibilities

• Manage refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 to £2 million across multiple sectors
• Deliver projects across education, residential, and cladding related schemes
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and project updates
• Undertake contract administration duties to ensure compliance and project progression
• Prepare tender documentation and support procurement of contractors and consultants
• Conduct a variety of building surveys across different project requirements
• Assist and mentor junior team members to support their development
• Ensure projects are delivered within programme, budget, and quality expectations

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum three years post graduation experience within a building surveying role
• Degree qualified in building surveying or a RICS accredited discipline
• Working towards MRICS, MCIOB, or similar professional accreditation
• Experience in both new build and refurbishment projects within a consultancy environment
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract administration duties
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Experience working across various sectors including residential or education preferred
• Strong communication skills when working with clients and project stakeholders
