Role & Responsibilities
- Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM processes and digital standards across all project stages
- Manage and maintain BIM models ensuring accuracy coordination and compliance with project requirements
- Assist in developing and updating BIM templates standards and workflows across the practice
- Troubleshoot Revit and modelling issues providing technical support to project teams
- Participate in clash detection processes and coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts
- Support training and development of junior team members in BIM tools and processes
- Ensure all design documentation meets internal quality standards and project delivery expectation
Skills & Experience Required
- HNC HND or higher qualification in a construction related subject supporting technical knowledge
- Minimum three years experience in design drafting and coordination within an architectural environment
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit with experience in Navisworks and ACC desirable
- Experience with AutoCAD Enscape InDesign or Rhino supporting design and visualisation workflows
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy across models drawings and technical outputs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to support multidisciplinary collaboration
- Proactive and organised approach with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Salary & Benefits
- Salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and technical capability
- Hybrid working with one day from home per week and additional flexible working options
