Hunter Dunning is proud to be working with a prestigious AJ top 30 practice based in Islington; who are currently seeking a BIM Manager to join their diverse team.

About the role…
Reporting to the Partners and Practice Manager, you will provide leadership, oversight and coordination within the practice, in order to promote the adoption and consistent application of BIM. You will be responsible for championing the overall strategy whilst supporting and training staff, and being a client facing entity.

As BIM Manager you will work closely with Revit users, Architects and Project Managers to maintain a connection to project work, ensure they are consistently organised and properly audited.

What you need…

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years practical experience in design or construction
  • Exceptional knowledge and experience in Revit and related BIM software
  • A solid understanding of legacy CAD applications and practices, particularly AutoCAD
  • Highly articulate and able to communicate with colleagues and clients of all levels
  • The ability to identify and promote trends and opportunities
