Bim Manager – Chichester, West Sussex

Based in the heart of Chichester, this award winning, highly successful and professional practice have a great opportunity for a BIM Manager to join their growing team.

Established over 25 years ago, the practice is made up of around 40 people working in a beautifully converted period building in the centre of the city. The practice has an excellent reputation for design quality and has developed long standing relationships with a wide range of clients across the UK. They possess a varied portfolio of projects including education, residential, car showrooms and corporate headquarters.

Due to continued success and growth they now have the requirement for an BIM Manager to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Directors you will provide leadership, oversight and coordination within the practice, in order to promote the adoption and consistent application of BIM. You will be responsible for championing the overall strategy whilst supporting and training staff.

As BIM Manager you will work closely with Revit users, Architects and Project Managers to maintain a connection to project work, ensuring they are consistently organised and properly audited.

Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge and experience in Revit and related BIM software
Able to work well with current project teams
Background with education based projects would be beneficial
Be located close to, or looking to relocate with in a 45-minute commute of the business

Salary & Package

The role would offer salary of £33,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.
