Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead within the rural surveying team, providing expert advice across complex rural estate matters
• Deliver professional rural surveying services including estate management, valuations and strategic land advice
• Lead on long term asset strategies for landowners, investors and institutional clients across diverse rural portfolios
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, strengthening regional presence and contributing to growth objectives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions across planning, development and consultancy projects
• Maintain compliance with RICS standards, agricultural policy and environmental legislation across all instructions
• Support and mentor team members, enhancing technical capability and encouraging knowledge sharing

Skills & Experience Required

• MRICS qualified with significant experience in rural surveying and professional consultancy services
• Strong background in rural estate management, valuation and strategic advisory work across varied land assets
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop long term client relationships within the rural sector
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and supporting professional development
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with confidence advising senior stakeholders and representing the business externally
• Strong understanding of agricultural policy, environmental regulation and rural land legislation frameworks
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel regularly between sites and client meetings
