Associate Director - Leicestershire

A position offering huge potential for career progression within an Architectural practice that have an established, dynamic team of Architectural professionals.

Established over two decades ago, my client is a successful Architectural practice based in Leicestershire. The practice works across a broad range of project sectors including commercial, retail and healthcare and has a portfolio of completed projects in the UK, mainland Europe and America.

Having recently taken on a significant pipeline of confirmed work our client is now looking to recruit a senior individual to play a key role as an Associate Director as part their long-term, strategic planning and continued success.

Role & Responsibilities

-Strong presentation and communication skills with demonstrable client facing experience
-The ability to lead new projects from concept to completion
-The ability to run and manage a team successfully
-Comprehensible skills required to develop innovative and high quality design solutions

Required Skills & Experience

-A genuine passion for drawing
-A minimum of 10 years relevant UK experience
-Previous experience working on high end residential projects in London.
-Recent experience using Vectorworks/AutoCAD
-Experience leading projects through all RIBA stages (1-9)

Salary & Package

The successful applicant will be offered a salary of up to £55,000, plus pension, 25 days holiday and profit related bonus.
