Associate Director job in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Associate Director job now available, working for premium consultancy that covers the full real estate cycle. Our client is looking for an Associate Director, to join their Eastern region Farming and Estates team. The role is looking to pay a salary of up to £35,000 + £5,500 Car Allowance + Bonus.

Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate agencies. They are looking to speak to candidates with a rural surveyor background.

Role & Responsibilities

• Developing relationships and working closely with clients to secure future instructions or business
• Sourcing, pitching for, and securing new business through developing relationships with potential clients and other stakeholders
• Assisting the Director with building the business throughout the region
• Progressing sales to completion, including liaising with solicitors
• Liaise and assist clients in the process of selling or buying residential and farming properties
• Assist in acquiring new buying or selling applications
• Provide informed advice and expertise to clients and colleagues when required.
• Abide by company policies at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

• MRICS qualified or relevant experience in Rural Property
• Successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Full understanding of AML/KYC procedures
• Full UK Driving License is essential.
