Associate Director (Rural) Job in Edinburgh, Scotland

Associate Director job available, with a leading real estate consultancy, who are now looking for an Associate Director to join their rural land management team in Edinburgh. Offering circa £40,000 + Bonus + £5.5k Car Allowance + Hybrid Working + 27 days Holiday.

As the Associate Director, you’ll be joining the rural land management team managing multiple clients across the region. The client is open to experienced Senior Rural Surveyors looking for the next step in their career.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Secure new business with new and existing clients
  • Act as the Principal Agent
  • Rural valuation work
  • Assist clients with the promotion of strategic land
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must come from a consultancy background
  • Proven track record in rural land management
  • CAAV would be an advantage but not essential
  • Commercially aware.
