Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver contract administration services across commercial and residential development projects
• Undertake technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys for investors and developers
• Oversee development monitoring across live projects ensuring compliance and financial control
• Manage dilapidations matters acting for both landlords and tenants across varied portfolios
• Lead and mentor junior team members supporting growth and professional development
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities

Skills & Experience Required

• MRICS qualified building surveyor with strong professional accreditation credentials
• Minimum five years post qualification experience within building surveying roles

• Strong understanding of commercial and residential property sectors within the UK market
• Ability to lead projects and manage multiple instructions simultaneously
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering high quality service outcomes
