Associate Cost Manager Job in East London

Fixed Term Contract Associate Cost Manager job in East London / Hybrid Working, for an international and leading multidisciplinary consultancy, working on a higher education project in East London. Salary £65,000 – £86,000 + Car Allowance £5.4k + 28 Days Holiday + BH + Hybrid Working (6-12 Month Fixed Term Contract).

They are a leading global cost consultant partner and completely employee-owned in the UK, offering cost management, project and programme management, specialist consultancy and digital services. Delivering cost-effective and sustainable projects for their international client base. To be considered you must be Chartered MRICS. The role will be reporting to Partner level and you will have direct cost management reports to mentor and lead, working on site in East London remote working and occasional trips to their Berkshire office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Cost Management services on a number of projects, acting as the sole contact with each client and providing support to the existing team in the delivery of projects
  • Manage, mentor and support professional development and training of Cost Managers
  • Play an integral part in Business Development and client management, promoting the company brand with existing and new clients
  • Full commercial responsibility from feasibility to final accounts
  • Responsible for ongoing revenue, costs and profit reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MRICS is essential
  • Cost Management experience at Senior or Associate level
  • Consultancy background is essential
  • Pre and post-contract and commercial experience.
