Associate Cost Consultant Job in London

Associate Cost Consultant job in London, for a reputable multidisciplinary consultancy, working on a variety of commercial projects in London and the South East. The role will involve supporting with the successful growth of the commercial team and ensuring a high level of service is delivered to their existing and new clients. The role offers a salary of up to £90,000 + Car Allowance £6-7k + Bonus + 28 Days Holiday + Hybrid Working.

Our client, made up of 185 employees across 11 offices, is a multidisciplinary construction and engineering consultancy who has recently been awarded B-Corp certification, offering services across cost consultancy, building surveying, project management, CDM, M&E, sustainability and site inspection. Serving investors, developers, occupiers and owners in relation to commercial, industrial, residential, education and retail projects. This role will work closely with the Partner and you will be working on mainly commercial, retail and industrial refurb, fit-out and new build projects from feasibility to final accounts.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver cost planning and cost management services
  • Support the growth of the cost consultancy team and aid in expanding the service offering
  • Feasibility, cost planning, tender to final accounts
  • JCT Contracts
  • Working on projects from £1m – £30m
  • Lead and mentor a team-
  • New business development and development of existing client accounts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ Years PQE
  • MRICS is essential
  • Consultancy background
  • Experienced in cost consultancy feasibility to final accounts.
