Role & Responsibilities

  • Leading dilapidations instructions across the South of England and London regions
  • Undertaking acquisition surveys and planned preventative maintenance reporting
  • Managing small to medium sized projects from inception to completion
  • Ensuring delivery aligns with statutory requirements including Building Regulations and CDM
  • Carrying out detailed building pathology assessments and advising on remedial works
  • Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation using NBS
  • Administering contracts under JCT forms and managing project performance
  • Supporting regional team development and contributing to business growth strategies

Skills & Experience Required

  • MRICS qualified with strong commercial building surveying experience
  • Proven expertise in dilapidations and project delivery within commercial sectors
  • Confident producing technical reports and delivering professional advice
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong client facing skills with a commercially focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across the region when required
