Associate Architectural Technician - North East

Due to increased work load our client is now recruiting for an Associate Architectural Technician to join their office in the North East of England. You will mainly be involved within the Education (Colleges) sector, however our client also has a mixed portfolio.

You will be qualified HND/HNC level or equivalent in Architectural Technology and have a background delivering in the Education sector.

The ideal candidate would be looking to take the next step in their career, working within an architectural practice at a senior level and have experience mentoring staff, project running and must have excellent client liaison skills. Projects usually vary in size from £1.5m to £6m on average. Occasionally they main have projects up to £14m.

This position offers competitive salaries between £40,00pa – £45,000pa alongside excellent opportunities for further progression.
