Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across healthcare, education, residential and workplace sectors
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team across all RIBA work stages
- Provide technical and design leadership to ensure high-quality project outcomes
- Oversee project delivery using Revit and BIM Level 2 workflows
- Act as the primary client contact, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Support strategic growth initiatives and contribute to business development
- Encourage knowledge sharing and development within the wider team
Skills & Experience Required
- RIAI or RIBA registered Architect with over 10 years post-qualification experience
- Proven experience delivering complex projects within Ireland or the UK
- Strong technical expertise combined with design capability and site experience
- High proficiency in Revit with a clear understanding of BIM workflows
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with confidence in client-facing responsibilities
- Ambitious mindset with a desire to progress into senior leadership
- Full right to work in Ireland and a valid driving licence
Salary & Benefits
