Assistant Interior Designer – High-End Residential – West London

Assistant Interior Designer required to join our client who specialises in high-end residential projects for both developers and private clients in London and overseas. You will be working alongside a friendly and highly creative team to assist in the running and delivery of projects of all sizes.

The practice is a multidisciplinary Interior Design and Architecture studio, delivering some of the most elegant residential projects in London and worldwide. Their talented team are experts in producing innovative, bespoke solutions for the most exclusive clientele. Due to a continued pipeline of new and repeat clients they are now looking to appoint an Assistant Interior Designer who has at least 1 years’ experience in luxury interior design.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support Mid-Weight and Senior Designers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful delivery of projects of all sizes
• Assist in developing presentations in InDesign, moodboards, rendered plans and elevations (coloured in Photoshop), digital material palettes (assembled in Photoshop)
• Assist with FF&E procurement, independently and proactively sourcing goods and maintain budgets, with the supervision of Seniors
• Liaise with suppliers
• Produce floor plans, elevation and joinery drawings using AutoCAD
• Manage all relevant project documentation, including schedules, digital filing and materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Office. SketchUp and EstiPC is preferred but not essential
• At least 1 years’ experience in Luxury Interior Design
• Good initiative and a proactive approach to work
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
