A new property job in Bristol to take on the role of Customer Care Manager with a growing and award winning residential developer, specialising in unique heritage projects.

Trading in the UK for over 50 years and with sites throughout the country this privately owned development company is looking to appoint an Assistant Customer Care Manager for a role based in Bristol. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager who has responsibility for sites across several regions, the Assistant Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day Customer Care function in Bristol.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To be a dedicated client point of contact on site
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections
  • Manage client visits to site
  • To attend weekly project build/sales meetings
  • Dealing with property defects
  • Liaising with onsite contractors
  • Working closely with clients from exchange through to end of warranty
  • Providing house demos to clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working in a similar role for a housing developer
  • A good technical understanding and knowledge of construction
  • An ability to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams and contractors
  • Be a natural problem solver who will go above and beyond to get task achieved
