Job Summary
Architectural Technologist Architecture job in Putney, London with a growing design-led architectural practice specialising in high-end residential and hospitality projects. This role focuses primarily on technical project delivery across RIBA stages 4 and 5 while supporting projects through all RIBA stages where required.
The successful Architectural Technologist will produce detailed technical drawings, coordinate consultant information, and support bespoke project delivery across super-prime London locations. Due to continued growth and project demand, they are now seeking an Architectural Technologist to support technical delivery and contribute to high-quality project outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Predominantly work across technical project stages including RIBA stages 4 and 5 delivery
- Support projects throughout all RIBA stages across high-end residential and hospitality sectors
- Produce detailed hand drawings and high-quality technical architectural drawing packages
- Work on bespoke projects located within super-prime residential areas throughout London
- Coordinate external consultant information ensuring technical consistency and project progression
- Support technical detailing and construction coordination across carefully crafted architectural projects
- Contribute to project delivery while maintaining strong technical and presentation standards
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum two years UK experience within high-end residential, refurbishment, or hospitality sectors
- Ability to conceive and develop construction details from first principles confidently
- Experience coordinating information provided by external consultants across technical project stages
- Qualified Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist, or Architect with relevant technical experience
- Knowledge and experience of high-end interior architecture and bespoke project detailing
- Strong hand sketching abilities suitable for client presentations and design communication purposes
- Appreciation of classical architecture, art, and contemporary design themes within residential environments
- Strong AutoCAD skills are essential with experience using software across live UK projects
Salary & Benefits
- Salary offered between £32,000 – £48,000 DOE depending on experience and suitability
- Twenty-one days holiday provided in addition to bank holidays throughout the year
