Role & Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on healthcare and education projects across all RIBA stages ensuring compliance with HTM and HBN standards
• Coordinate BIM workflows and manage Revit models to ensure accurate and information-rich outputs
• Liaise with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors to resolve technical queries and support site delivery
• Prepare and review detailed technical drawing packages and specifications to a high standard
• Act as project lead or senior team member reporting to an Associate or Director
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings contributing to technical discussions and project reviews
• Support junior staff through mentoring and quality control of technical outputs
• Ensure all work aligns with UK Building Regulations and internal quality assurance procedures

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years experience within UK practice delivering public sector or healthcare projects
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong experience managing live project models
• Proven experience working with HTM and HBN standards on healthcare developments
• Experience liaising directly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors including site collaboration
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations planning policy and compliance processes
• Experience producing detailed technical packages across multiple RIBA stages
• Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to team development where required
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience and technical ability
