Architectural Technologist - London (W)

This successful architectural practice was established in 1994 with the intention of combining the skills of architecture and interior design to provide an economic, cohesive and sensitive approach to domestic refurbishment. The practice is mainly involved with projects in London and its environs but projects have led to work overseas. Bespoke rooms, such as libraries, studies, dressing rooms and bathrooms are a feature of their portfolio and represent a particular expertise of the practice. Bespoke pieces of furniture are designed to meet exacting client briefs.

Our client is now looking to recruit a talented, hardworking and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their practice based in Mayfair.

Successful candidates should be HNC qualified or equivalent and a member of CIAT. Previous experience working within a UK private practice is essential.

Candidates wishing to apply for this position must be confident with clients and able to support every aspect of a job from inception to completion. You will be directly involved in design, permissions, working drawings and specifications, both internal and external, for traditional buildings.

You must also have previous experience working on High end residential projects.

Our client uses AutoCAD, therefore it is essential that any applicant applying for this position are proficient in using this.
