Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of large-scale projects across all RIBA stages, supporting technical and design coordination
- Assist in managing on-site activities while supporting senior colleagues in delegating tasks to junior team members
- Produce detailed specifications and technical design packages to support construction and project delivery
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure integrated design solutions and effective project progression
- Support client engagement through presentations and ongoing communication across project stages
- Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and ensure technical outputs meet required standards
- Assist with project financial tracking including fees, invoicing and overall performance monitoring
- Share knowledge with junior staff and contribute to wider team learning and development initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience supporting delivery of complex architectural projects within the UK architecture sector
- Strong technical knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows including documentation and coordination
- Ability to produce and manage detailed specifications and technical design packages effectively
- Experience working collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
- Awareness of modern methods of construction and sustainable design principles including net zero carbon
- Understanding of refurbishment, reuse and deconstruction strategies within project delivery
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and project stakeholders effectively
