Role & Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical designs to support project delivery across residential schemes.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, project timelines, and budget requirements.
• Evaluate site conditions and undertake site surveys to inform technical design decisions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions.
• Carry out design activities such as programming, code research, and building systems coordination.
• Produce technical documentation using Revit to a high standard on a daily basis.
• Support multidisciplinary collaboration across architecture and engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate project records and contribute to effective project delivery processes.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years UK experience working on mid to late RIBA stages within an architectural environment.
• High proficiency in Revit for technical design and documentation production.
• Experience using Navisworks, BIM Collaborate, or NBS Chorus would be advantageous.
• CIAT registered or working towards professional accreditation in architectural technology.
• Strong understanding of planning legislation and building regulations within the UK.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams across architecture and engineering disciplines.
• Ability to manage technical workloads and meet project deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills when coordinating with consultants and project stakeholders.
