Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver transport and MOD projects across all RIBA stages ensuring technical accuracy
• Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinated Revit models for project delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure integrated design outputs
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning standards across all project stages
• Support design reviews and contribute to technical discussions within project teams
• Attend site visits and assist with coordination during construction phases
• Maintain quality standards across technical documentation and deliverables
• Support project meetings and contribute to programme and delivery coordination

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum three years UK experience delivering transport or MOD related architectural projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit with experience producing technical drawings on live projects
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy requirements
• Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors across multiple project stages
• Confidence working across all RIBA stages within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach to delivery
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple technical outputs effectively
• Eligibility to work in the UK with commitment to ongoing professional development

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £35,000 and £45,000 depending on experience and capability
