Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke private residential projects across all RIBA work stages ensuring high standards of technical output and coordination
- Produce comprehensive and technically robust drawing packages supporting accurate construction and project delivery requirements
- Develop detailed construction information including traditional residential detailing for high-end bespoke architectural projects
- Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams ensuring effective communication and integration across project stages
- Prepare specifications and assist with contract documentation supporting successful procurement and delivery processes
- Attend client meetings site visits and surveys across the UK maintaining strong project engagement and communication
- Ensure compliance with UK planning policy building regulations and relevant legislation across all technical outputs
- Manage workload independently while contributing effectively to wider project teams and collaborative studio environment
Skills & Experience Required
- Qualified Architectural Technologist or Architect with three to five years UK professional experience in practice
- Strong experience in technical residential detailing ideally within high-end bespoke private residential project environments
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK planning building regulations construction systems and building types across residential sectors
- Experience contributing across all RIBA stages with strong understanding of technical delivery requirements
- Good knowledge of building contracts and contract administration processes within architectural project environments
- Strong design and detailing ability combined with excellent problem-solving skills and technical awareness
- Confident communicator comfortable liaising with clients consultants and project stakeholders effectively
- Ability to work independently meet deadlines and manage workload within agreed time and cost constraints
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range of £37,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and discretionary leave over Christmas period
