Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit and associated technical design software packages
• Work across defence and commercial projects supporting delivery throughout all RIBA project stages
• Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants and contractors during technical design and construction delivery
• Support preparation of technical specifications, construction information and detailed project documentation packages
• Ensure projects comply with Building Regulations, Building Safety Act and CDM requirements consistently
• Attend project meetings and contribute practical technical solutions throughout ongoing project development stages
• Support delivery of projects on site through technical construction and coordination stages
• Collaborate closely with internal architectural, design and technical teams across multiple live projects

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum of two years professional experience working within an architectural practice environment
• Strong proficiency using Revit and associated technical design and drawing software platforms effectively
• Experience producing detailed technical packages, specifications and coordinated construction information for projects
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act and CDM compliance obligations requirements
• Experience working across commercial or defence sector projects within collaborative technical project teams preferred
• CIAT accreditation or progression towards accreditation would be considered highly desirable for this opportunity
• Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills supporting multidisciplinary project team collaboration requirements
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within collaborative architectural and technical delivery teams

• Salary £DOE depending on previous professional experience and technical project delivery capabilities
• Hybrid working available with up to two remote working days weekly following successful probation completion
