Architectural Technician

Our client specialises in high end residential projects, both new build and refurbishment with projects in London and Home Counties.

Due to an increasing workload our client is now looking to recruit an Architectural Technician on a full time and permanent basis.

Working as part of a small team the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

• Site surveys and visits
• Liaising with clients and contractors
• Assisting with designs
• The production of drawings using AutoCAD

Candidates wising to apply for this position must be qualified to ONC/HNC level (or equivalent) and have at least 3 years previous UK experience working on residential projects. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of building regulations and knowledge of how a building is actually put together.

Experience using Revit would be advantageous but not essential. An interest and experience in photography would also be of interest.
