Architectural Technician – Windsor, Berkshire

Located near the centre of Windsor, this long established and successful practice requires an Architectural Technician to work on a series high-end residential projects.

Established 30 years ago, this small practice has built its reputation on its excellently designed residential projects by combining traditional and contemporary stylings on a number of projects across the UK.

They are currently looking to add an Architectural Technician to join this friendly and social team.

Role & Responsibilities

Candidate will be expected to be able to organise, produce and co-ordinate a full working drawing programme and NBS specification
Ability to produce presentation visuals
Communicating with design team and other bodies involved within the build process is essential
Potential to run projects on site with the Project Architect/Director

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of UK experience of Building Regulations and building knowledge (ideally within the residential sector both commercial and high end private)
Ideally either CIAT registered or RIBA Part 1 or 2 with relevant technical experience
Detailed AutoCAD knowledge essential – SketchUp and Photoshop preferred
Due to the need to visit site you would require your own transport

Salary & Package

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
