Architectural Technician – Winchester Hampshire

If you are looking to work on a diverse selection of Architectural projects in a practice that offers excellent career progression in its technical team then this could be the role for you.

Based in the city of Winchester, the practice has a broad portfolio of work, including residential, commercial, retail, leisure, mixed use and industrial projects that range in value from £500k – £75 million. In recent years they have found great success in the repurposing of existing buildings.
Due to a number of new projects being secure they are now looking to add an Architectural Technician to the team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working on a selection of mixed use, retail and residential projects
• Work specifically across technical stages of projects
• Produce detailed technical construction information to a high standard
• Report to your seniors on project progress

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience of UK regulations
  • Excellent technical design skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Revit is also highly desirable, but training can be provided
  • Ability to work independently when needed
