Role & Responsibilities

• Work on data centre and commercial projects with a strong emphasis on BIM coordination and technical delivery
• Produce detailed technical drawings, models and documentation using Revit and supporting BIM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants and clients to ensure coordinated project outcomes
• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables and quality standards across all stages
• Support project delivery through effective communication with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to technical problem solving and design development within complex building typologies
• Participate in project meetings and coordination workshops

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years experience within architecture or related sectors, ideally across multiple project stages
• Strong technical knowledge with a clear understanding of construction detailing and coordination
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with confidence in producing accurate technical packages
• Understanding of UK, US or EU building regulations and permitting processes
• Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
• Confident verbal and written communication skills in English
