Role & Responsibilities

• Work alongside directors delivering residential projects from inception through to completion stages
• Produce technical drawings and assist with design development across all RIBA stages
• Support project coordination ensuring alignment between design intent and technical delivery
• Assist in preparation of planning applications and project documentation for residential schemes
• Collaborate with clients and consultants supporting effective communication and project progression
• Contribute to development of bespoke residential designs including renovation and new build projects
• Support delivery of high-quality outputs ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience within residential architecture with strong interest in one-off houses and renovation projects
• Ability to work across all RIBA stages supporting both design and technical aspects of projects
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit beneficial but not essential for this role
• Strong drawing skills including hand drawing or illustration capabilities advantageous
• Understanding of UK or international residential project experience particularly Spain beneficial
• Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with clients and project teams
• Motivated and proactive approach with desire for long-term career development within architecture

Salary & Benefits

• Salary of £28,000 – £46,000 depending on experience and suitability for the role
