Architectural Technician/Technologist - Finchley, London

An opportunity is now available for a dedicated Architectural Technician or Technologist to join a small team in implementing a number of medium to large scale UK residential schemes. Immediate projects include a 277 unit apartment scheme in London, and student residences in Essex and on the South Coast.

The employer is a small architectural practice based in Finchley. The two Directors have nearly 50 years of experience between them, who aim to create beautiful architecture through the use of light and detail. Their successful portfolio extends across a wide range of projects for private, corporate, end user and developer clients.

To apply for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in professional practice
• A strong background working on medium to large scale residential commissions
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Standards
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
