Architectural Technician Job in Shoreham-by-sea, West Sussex

We are currently working with an architectural practice that focus on private residential projects. Due to continued success, they have a new Architectural Technician job available. 

Based near Shoreham-by-sea, the practice is currently made up of members of staff working on residential projects ranging in value from £300k up to £10 million.
As part of a larger construction group, they pride themselves on being able to offer a full service from concept to handover to their clients.
Due to on going success they are now seeking an Architectural technician to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working with the project architect on stages 2-6
  • Production of technical drawing packages
  • Working on renderings and additional visuals
  • Using AutoCAD on a daily basis.
  • Projects are mainly private residential projects valued up to 10 £million

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in UK residential projects would be essential
  • Current knowledge and up to date experience of UK building regulations
  • Experience in using AutoCAD, sketch up and Lumion
  • ability to use Photoshop and NBS is highly beneficial
  • Confident to work independently as required
  • Due to the location of the office you would require your own transport.

What you get back

  • £28,000 – £34,000
  • Hybrid working
  • flexible working hours.
