Architectural Technician job now available in Reigate, Surrey! This role would involve working on residential projects for developers and private clients. This would be a part-time role consisting of 3 days a week.

This Surrey-based construction company specialise in residential projects including single dwelling residential extensions, refurbs & new builds. Single project values range from £75,000 to £1m and small developments of up to 20 units from £1m to £10m.

Due to the growing workload and plans for future growth they are seeking an Architectural Technician to join the practice.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working on residential projects from stage 4 onwards
• Production of planning and technical drawing packages
• Assisting with the management of projects
• Working with external and internal teams
• Helping with developing and growing the business.

Required Skills & Experience

• Have a minimum of 4 years post qualification
• Experience residential extensions, refurbs, and new builds.
• Local area planning process experience would be highly beneficial.
• Skilled in the use of AutoCAD and adobe suite.

What you get back

• Salary of £32,000 to £37,000 Pro rata
• 25 days holiday Pro rata
• Hybrid working 1 day a week with the other 2 in the office.
• Company supplied IT equipment for remote working.
