Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing feasibility layouts to support early-stage residential development proposals
• Produce drawings and graphic outputs for full, outline, and reserved matters planning applications
• Support the preparation of planning submission packages alongside project leaders and senior team members
• Create visualisations and presentation material to communicate design intent clearly to stakeholders
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure coordinated and compliant design outputs
• Contribute to masterplanning exercises by supporting layout development and placemaking strategies
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and meeting project deadlines

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years UK experience working on residential or mixed-use projects for developer clients
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for producing planning drawings and supporting technical documentation
• Good visualisation and graphic skills using Adobe Creative Cloud and SketchUp software
• Strong interest in residential design, housing delivery, and placemaking principles
• Excellent communication skills to support teamwork and coordination with project stakeholders
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks across project stages
