Architectural Technician - London (NW)

Our client is a small architectural practice based in North West London. This husband and wife partnership employs one other full time employee and works on high end residential projects with projects including a £5million new build private house in Kensington.

Our client is now looking to recruit an Architectural Technician to join their team in North West London.

The successful candidate will ideally be HNC/ONC qualified, or equivalent, with previous experience within an architectural practice.

You will have good technical ability with previous experience producing working drawings, and good knowledge of current UK building regulations. Experience working in high end residential and Historical projects is preferred but not essential. You will be creative and enthusiastic and have the ability to communicate clearly. You should have excellent detailing skills through stages 1 – 5.

The successful candidate will be involved in drawing and detailing, site visits, product research and attending meetings.

The office is smaller in size therefore offering a varied and interesting workload enabling a wide range of experience across the board.

You must be fully AutoCAD proficient.

Our client is prepared a good rate of pay dependant on skills and experience. This position does have the potential to go permanent for the right candidate, with a chance to get hands on experience on exciting projects.
