Role & Responsibilities

• Work on high end new build residential projects refurbishments and listed building restorations
• Prepare detailed technical drawings construction packages and planning documentation
• Collaborate with architects clients consultants and contractors across project stages
• Support design development and assist with resolving technical challenges
• Attend site visits and assist with coordination during construction phases
• Contribute to maintaining high technical and design standards across projects

Skills & Experience Required

• Architectural Technician with proven UK project experience
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit preferred

• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workloads
