Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawings, technical documentation, and specifications across RIBA Stage 4 through construction phases
• Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act and associated gateway approval processes
• Work on cladding remediation and retrofit projects for high-rise developments across London
• Attend site inspections to monitor progress and respond to technical queries from contractors
• Maintain high standards of design and technical quality throughout project delivery
• Liaise with clients and participate in meetings to support project coordination and communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate project outputs
• Support delivery of safety-critical schemes within defined regulatory frameworks

Skills & Experience Required

• Recognised qualification in architectural technology or a related discipline
• Minimum three years experience within UK practice delivering technical project work
• Proficiency in Revit with experience producing detailed technical drawings
• Strong technical and detailing skills across construction documentation stages
• Experience in retrofit or cladding remediation projects would be highly beneficial
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and compliance procedures
• Effective communication skills with ability to engage with clients and contractors
• Ability to manage workload and contribute to collaborative team environments

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £34,000 and £37,000 depending on experience and sector exposure
• Hybrid working arrangement with one day working from home each week
