The practice is currently undertaking several projects focused on updating cladding for a multi-level building in London. It is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician proficient in Revit to join the team. The studio offers a small team environment, technical project exposure and involvement across active facade and cladding schemes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work on facade and cladding projects as part of a small architectural project team
• Produce planning drawing packages and technical drawing packages for active project delivery requirements
• Use Revit daily to support accurate technical information and coordinated project documentation
• Attend client meetings when required to support project communication and technical coordination
• Visit sites when required to review progress and support successful project delivery
• Coordinate technical information across facade and cladding projects within UK regulatory requirements

Skills & Experience Required

• Possess an HNC, HND or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or related discipline
• Minimum four years of professional experience working within architectural or technical practice environments
• Experience using Revit is essential for producing technical packages and coordinated project information
• Facade and cladding experience would be highly advantageous for this Architectural Technician position
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office within project delivery environments
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations supporting compliant architectural and technical project delivery

Salary & Benefits

• Salary offered between £36,000 – £46,000 depending on previous experience and technical background
