Architectural Technician - Hampshire

Our client is an established architectural consultancy based in Hampshire with particular expertise in the residential sector and with a portfolio including mostly large scale residential developments for national developers.

Having recently secured several large projects our client is now looking to recruit an Architectural Technician with experience of large scale housing projects.

Candidates wishing to apply for this position must have at least 2 years experience working on large scale residential developments in the UK of 50+ units, have a robust knowledge of current UK building regulations and knowledge of Housing Quality Indicators

Applicants must be AutoCAD literate.
