Architectural Technician - Guildford

A fantastic opportunity has a risen for a fast paced and expanding practice in Guildford. My client works within the high end residential sector and is now looking for an Architectural Technician to join the ever growing team.

The practice specializes within high end residential and private properties with projects ranging from £250,000 to £30 million plus, Projects are nationwide and on site visits are encouraged.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician with a love for drawing with a future career progression mind set.

Requirements:

•A good level of experience in technical and construction knowledge
•Fluent in AutoCAD
•Preparing drawings and specifications for approval and issue
•Some experience in the residential sector
•Project management minded
•Articulate and have a love for drawing
•Team orientated
•Career minded

This unique opportunity offers you to join a small team but is looking to grow even more in statue in the next 6-12 months. With prospects of moving up the company ladder in the next 3-5 years, it is exciting times!

Candidates wishing to apply for this role must be AutoCAD literate with a residential background. Experience working with clients and external consultants are required but in house training is provided right across the board of employment.

The successful candidate with have excellent benefits with competitive salary £30,000-£35,000 with health care, pension, company car depending on experience.
