Architectural Technician For Private Developer – Chichester West Sussex

We are currently working exclusively with a new architectural practice which is working in partnership with a land development group and require an Architectural Technician to join the team with a view to develop the grow the business

The office is located in the centre of Chichester and the team will be initially made up of four people including two Architects and two Planners, with plans to grow as the business requires.
The directors have a number of projects in place including both high end and mid-level residential schemes. From this firm business base they are looking for an Architectural technician to be a key part of the new team.

Role & Responsibilities

Your main role will be in the production of planning and technical drawing packages on a variety of residential developments both new build and renovations.

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
Experience in UK based residential projects
Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and UK building regulations

Salary & Package

The role would offer between the £38,000 to £42,000 for the right candidate depending on experience.
