Architectural Technician - Exeter

Due to continued success my client is looking to recruit an Architectural Technician for their office in the Exeter area. The practice mainly specialises on residential projects of varying size but is currently working on a large scale development project.
The company’s focus is to offer a professional service to produce projects that embodies innovation, function and quality.

The role consists of both planning and working drawing packages, assisting in the design process and production of submission documents.

Those looking to apply should posses:
• Be proficient in AutoCAD
• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings
• Knowledge of planning process
• Experience of Residential project’s would be beneficial

The role would offer a salary of £19,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
