Role & Responsibilities

• Produce planning and working drawing packages supporting residential project delivery across multiple stages
• Assist in the design process contributing to development of residential schemes and project documentation
• Prepare submission documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with planning and regulatory requirements
• Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD to support construction and planning outputs
• Collaborate with project teams ensuring coordinated and efficient delivery of project information
• Support planning applications and approvals through preparation of required documentation
• Contribute to delivery of innovative and functional residential design solutions across projects

Skills & Experience Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD with ability to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings
