Architectural Technician - Essex

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Architectural Technician for a contract role in Essex. Proven experience in the residential sector essential

The successful applicant will be working within a small architectural team preparing alterations to existing buildings, and/or advising on the restoration and conservation of older properties.

Key tasks will include:
– Production of existing layout drawings, elevations, sections in plan format from existing drawings and survey notes
– Production of feasibility and scheme design drawings
– Production of detailed technical proposal drawings and visuals
– Responsible for the quality of drawing production.
– Preparation of project documentation, including specifications

AutoCAD and SKetchUp knowledge essential.
