Role & Responsibilities

• Working on facade and cladding refurbishment projects across multilevel buildings within the London area
  
• Producing coordinated planning and technical drawing packages using Revit across multiple project stages
  
• Supporting project delivery through detailed technical information and construction drawing preparation requirements
  
• Attending client meetings and presenting technical updates during various stages of project development
  
• Visiting project sites when required to review progress and coordinate technical project information
  
• Collaborating closely with internal architectural teams on technically focused facade refurbishment projects
  
• Ensuring all project information complies with current UK Building Regulations and technical standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Possess an HNC or HND qualification in Architectural Technology or an equivalent qualification
  
• Minimum four years professional experience within an architectural practice or technical design environment
  
• Strong working knowledge and daily practical experience using Revit across technical project delivery stages
  
• Previous facade and cladding project experience would be highly advantageous for this position
  
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office software packages is required
  
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical compliance requirements within refurbishment projects
  
• Excellent communication skills with confidence attending meetings and coordinating directly with project stakeholders
