Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical construction information to a high standard for delivery at later RIBA stages
• Work closely under the direction of project leads to support coordinated technical design outputs
• Develop drawing packages that align with UK building regulations and project specifications
• Attend site visits when required to review construction progress and technical compliance
• Focus on stage 4 onwards with emphasis on technical detailing and construction documentation
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical design queries efficiently
• Support project delivery through accurate documentation and adherence to programme requirements

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum one year post qualification experience within an architectural practice or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing requirements
• Proven technical ability in producing construction drawings and coordinated information packages
• Experience using Revit software for technical design and documentation production
• Ability to work effectively within a team structure under guidance from senior project leads
• Good communication skills to support coordination with internal teams and external consultants
• Located within commuting distance of Chichester or willing to relocate within reasonable travel time
