Architectural Technician– Cambridge

Looking for your next 3-month contract? This award winning practice in Cambridge seeks an Architectural Technician to come on board and hit the ground running, helping them on a largescale leisure project that is currently underway.

This super well-established practice is based in the centre of Cambridge. They possess a hugely diverse portfolio of projects, which include education, residential, care, commercial, sports and leisure.
Projects range in value from £100,000 to £25millon and each individual project is managed by a director with the support of an associate. Due to the demand of a large scale leisure project, they require an Architectural technician to join the team for a 3-month contract.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be working within a small team on a large leisure centre with a value of 25millon. Your main focus in this role will be assisting with the completion of detailed design packages using Revit.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong detailing skills
• Track record of project delivery using Revit
• Experience in working on leisure projects and in particular swimming pools
• Experience cross laminated timber would be highly Advantages
• Due to the project deadline this role will require an immediate start.
