Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical construction drawings and packages ensuring accuracy, coordination and compliance with UK standards
• Work closely with project leads supporting delivery of projects through technical stages from Stage 4 onwards
• Develop Revit models and technical documentation to support construction and on-site implementation
• Coordinate with consultants and design team members to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress
• Attend site visits when required to monitor progress and ensure construction aligns with design intent
• Ensure all outputs meet building regulations, planning requirements and project-specific technical standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum one year post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice delivering technical stages
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing principles across multiple project types
• Proficiency in Revit with experience producing coordinated BIM models and detailed drawing packages
• Good understanding of technical delivery processes from Stage 4 onwards including construction documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual tasks and meeting project deadlines
• Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency across all technical outputs and documentation
• Based within commuting distance of Brighton or willing to relocate within a reasonable travel time

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range of £28,000 to £38,000 depending on experience and technical capability
