Architectural Technicain - London

Our client is now looking to recruit an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join their team in South East London.

The successful candidate should be qualified to an HND/HNC Building Studies standard, or equivalent, with practical experience in a UK architectural practice. Full CIAT membership is advantageous.

You must have experience working on high-end Residential projects, previous project running skills with excellent detailing ability, the ability to produce working drawing packages on AutoCAD is essential.

You must also have experience working with modern materials.

Candidates will have a positive approach to their work and will work well as part of a small team. This is a very friendly, social office and they are looking for someone who will fit in well with everyone. Our client is looking for a candidate who has the enthusiasm and drive. You must be happy to take ownership for responsibility.

Proficiency on AutoCAD is essential, and you will ideally have experience with Revit.

Our client is offering a salary package of up to £25,000 for the highest caliber candidates with excellent potential to progress in this successful company.
