Architectural Sales & Marteting Executive - London

My client is a successful Architectural Services company who specialise in architectural presentation, including scale models, animations, visual montages, visual impact assessments for architectural practices and developer clients. They are currently recruiting a Marketing and Sales Executive to work from their new offices in London

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a huge contribution to the overall success of this established company, in a position of great responsibility. The chosen candidate will be sourcing new leads, targeting new clients and making first contact with architectural practices, developers, borough councils, etc., in order to arrange and then conduct meetings with prospective clients.

Suitable candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A background in the Architectural Industry is vital – you may be an experienced Architect or Technician looking for a new and exciting challenge
• Experience and success in sales/telesales is essential. You must have the ability and confidence to make sales presentations to new clients both over the phone and in person.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop is required – you will not be using these packages, but you must be able to talk about them intelligently to prospective clients
• The ability to talk about Architecture in a passionate, confident and informed manner
• Highly-motivated and able to work under your own initiative
• Presentable, confident and articulate
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

There will be a competitive basic salary for this position alongside an attractive commission structure.
