Architectural Designer - Watton, Norfolk

Our client has been building a reputation for well designed new homes on small developments in Norfolk since the early 1990’s. Having just moved to new larger offices our client is now looking to add to the business by introducing a design and build service. This new service will be implemented for a range of uses from new build sites, to offering planning solutions to clients who wish to do self-build.

With this in mind our client is now recruiting for an Architectural Designer to join the team based in Watton, Norfolk.

The successful candidate should be qualified to an HNC level in construction or equivalent.

Previous experience working on residential schemes for either a private practice or developer is essential. Those candidates who have experience working on the government’s code for sustainable homes will be looked upon favourably.

Our client builds a range of developments, from one off bespoke dwellings to sites that incorporate multiple units.
